Hi There!
I'm Matthew Carl, and I've been making things look good for the better part of two decades. With 20 years under my belt in brand design, digital product, and creative direction, I've had the chance to work with some pretty amazing companies and causes.
Most recently, I spent six years as a design director at Brunswick Creative, where I got to flex my creative muscles on everything from major corporate rebrands to sleek digital experiences. Some of the brands I've worked with include WK Kellogg Co, Kellanova, Mondelez, The Armory Show, Textron Aviation, and Japan Society, plus others like Lawyers Without Borders and Blue Meridian Partners.
I'm proud that the work I've contributed to has been recognized at the Transform Awards. The Armory Show project took home three Gold awards, two Bronze, and even the Grand Prix, while our Kellogg's/Kellanova work earned three Bronze, one Silver, and one Gold.
When I'm not pushing pixels or perfecting color palettes, you'll find me in the rolling hills of Westchester County, just outside NYC, where I live with my family of six – that's my wife, two kids, and our two four-legged family members. I'm a lifelong Mets and Jets fan, which has taught me the value of loyalty, optimism, and celebrating every victory that comes your way.
Whether you need a complete brand overhaul or just want to chat about design over coffee, I'd love to hear from you.
